This hands-on workshop is designed to let you discover all about Brunching, with Kitchen Rule! Brunch breads were never easier to make. Through our collaboration with Chef Dania Kazah from the famous Instagram page Kitchenrule, we will introduce you to a selection of the brunch classics; the traditionally dense and chewy bagels, the iconic soft pretzels in addition to the biscuit-like scones. Starting with the kneading up until the pairing options, our chef will guide you through each step of the way towards the desired dough result. This fun class will also focus on adapting the recipe methods to your home kitchen.

Through the group’s collective efforts, you will at the end savor and take with you home the yummiest baked goods!


AM session: 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM.
PM session: 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM.

A brunch, a recipe handout, a 2.5 Kg bag of All Purpose flour, a bakelab tote bag and all the yummiest goods you make.
